Me in a minute reflection

Hey Hi Bloggers,

Today with me in a minute, I worked in a group with Lachie, Kai and Jack. We shared our results and calculated our average, mean, mode and range. Our average for skips was 103.75 and the highest was 126 skips. The mode for ski squats was 60 and the highest was 60. The range for star jumps was 15 and the highest was 87.  My reflection on me in a minute would be that I tried my hardest in doing the 2 hour race but I didn’t really put effort into looking at techniques.

Oaks Day

Hi Bloggers,

Today we dressed up for oaks day, I wrote a description of Lachlan. Here it will is:

Doesn’t Lachie Robson look glamorous today, walking with that fantastic touch of swag. With that touch of baby blue it looks fabulous with those russet Brown trousers. The falcon grey tie perfectly fits with n with the trilby hat. I present to you Lachlan Robson.

Here is a photo of me!

The first precept is inspirational to me because it tells me to help other people. The next precept is telling me to stand up for others.

Me in a minute

Hi Bloggers,

Today our class looked at some websites for our goals in me in a minute, this is a website for doing star jumps: http://www.livestrong.com/article/537130-how-to-do-a-star-jump-exercise/ .  Here is a website for burpees: these are the steps.

1. Bend over or squat down and place your hands on the floor in front of you, just outside of your feet.
2. Jump both feet back so that you’re now in plank position.
3. Drop to a push-up—your chest should touch the floor. You can also drop to your knees here, which makes the impending push-up easier.
4. Push up to return to plank position (this can be a strict push-up, a push-up from the knees, or not a push-up at all (i.e., just push yourself up from the ground as you would if you weren’t working out)—your choice).

5. Jump the feet back in toward the hands.
6. Explosively jump into the air, reaching your arms straight overhead.

Now I will do throw a ball in the target: http://www.ausport.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0003/315858/Hit_the_target.pdf

Me in a minute

hi bloggers,

Today we did me in a minute, we tested ourselves in all different fitness things. We had to figure out the average between all the different tasks and we had to figure out the differences between our tasks. I think all the results are correct because they seem around ordinary scores. We could create stations and have an expert or teacher at the stations. The tasks I need to work on is burpees, ball in target and star jumps.
